I made these cute little bags this morning. A friend asked me to make her one at the retreat but I wasn't able to get one to her so I told her I would right away when I got home. I am going to make one more this afternoon. They take me just over an hour to make, don't they just make you smile?
The woman who does my hair is interested in seeing these for her granddaughter so I told her I would have some done by Friday for her to choose from.
Friday is errand day I like errand day because it really is the one time a week I get out. I will stop by the salon to show her these then I am going to the post office to send out some fabric to my sister. I have lots of tapestry fabric and she is going to be working on a project that needs tapestry and she could use some.
Also she has been making rag rugs which I received on in the mail yesterday! It goes very well in my main bathroom, aqua and sand colors. Anyway so I have some scraps she can cut and make more rag rugs so I will be sending her some for that as well.
Here I am showing how well the colors of the rug goes with my décor. There is touches of light soft yellow in it so it adds interest I love it! Minnie was a little afraid of it, cats are so funny!
Well I am off to my room to get a few more bags done today...after I go through my extra fabric bins for my sissy!
