The Waiting Game

Well my sissy had her surgery and all they ended up doing was a tissue sample for pathology due to some issues is what I heard.

I try to take all the information and life experiences and what I may gather to come up with, are they trying to find the point of origination to better attack the cancer?  Now that is my speculation.

I, as many of my family members had a hard time just waiting to hear what they did in that hour and now we have to wait until Tues or Wed to find out more.  I am pleading to everyone one to send her positive thoughts and prayers she has such a good heart and is wonderful sister and I want her to be well she has really just started living and is on a good path.

OK on another subject....

This will be my blog once again which I am kinda happy about since I love what I named it.  If you don't remember or didn't see that post it's because my cats are my best therapy.  They always can put a smile on my face when I feel defeated or down.  So The Cats In is like the Dr is in. 

I consulted with an IT guy and he said not to go on my old blog there is something attached to one of my advertisements.  So this blog will not have all my fun junk on it.  Just words of wisdom from me! (you know I am kidding if you know me)

So today I was getting ready for my play date with Pam (which is on Friday).  We were suppose to get together on Tuesday but I woke with arthritis pain on Monday and then did my injections only to find myself sick from them.  UGH!  I don't get sick like I use to on them but once every three or six months it reminds me I am on big meds.

I have my craft room all set up, snack bought and making from my favorite site....Pinterest a crock pot chicken and dumpling meal for lunch with fruit and later chocolate pudding.

Pam and I love Halloween or just fall in general so we were going to make a paper mache witches boot and then paint and decorate.  I tell ya yesterday and last night I was fretting over it!  How are we going to do this I have no idea or a plan...Where is my muse?!

So I went out this morning to pick up things like paint, glue and paint pens, I have some but wanted to be sure I had enough to share, when I came across a paper mache witches boot on sale at Joann's!  BONUS!  I immediately called Pam to see if it was OK to just take the easy way out but I am up for the challenge but not in October when I want the boot.  She agreed so I bought two.  Didn't matter I was going to do it my way anyway, the easy way and probably would have been jealous of her by scratch boot in the end.

We are pin sisters and we tend to pin each others pins a lot!  so this boot and lunch is something we both pinned on Pinterest.  Fun huh?

I need to enjoy this fun time during the day since I see it may not last much longer.  We will need a new car and Mr. Man and I have always lived by this rule,  we live on his pay check but vacations, extra house stuff, braces for the girls and new cars falls on me having to help out.  Which I am totally OK with since I seem to be able to pay off a car in three years so I can be home again!  lol! 

I kinda know what car I want I don't know the sticker price yet so I will gage that once I know.  But for now I will enjoy my fun play dates and dinners with my gals they are my best therapy....well next to my kitties of course.
