Busy Crafting

I have been busy making things this new year.  It's cold outside and nice to stay in and be creative.

Mr. Man gave me a knitting loom for Christmas so I have been busy making caps which I will post later.  I made another quick red work again post later, I started a cross stitch picture and I just don't have enough projects started that I thought I would make some of these cute stuffed hearts for Valentines Day.

 They would be  pretty quick to make if I didn't have a sore on my thumb.  I tore my nail back pretty far and not fun to use.

I will be embellishing these hearts once I get all of them stitched up.  I will keep some, give some away and maybe put a few in my Etsy store.

 I also made this paper banner this past weekend for V Day.

This kinda gave me the idea along with Pinterest to make my V Day banner.  This peace banner came with a Christmas card from an ex employer of Tom's when he worked in North Dakota.  His wife is very artistic and makes all her own Christmas cards each year.  She added this and said it is a prayer flag banner and to please hang it in your home.  So I hung it on the mirror in our main floor bathroom.  What a great idea she had.

Well better get my house work done so I can get crafting again!
