Perfect Morning

Today is a perfect morning, well almost perfect I could use the fire going in the fireplace.

It's raining outside I'm watching my taped TV shows while stitching on my redwork with Minnie laying next to me to help keep me warm.

I am finally seeing an end to this redwork project.  It is a large Christmas scene I have been working on for a long time and for months the only thing I have brought to my Sassy Stitcher group.

I am ready to move on from this project so my goal is to be done with it before January 1st.  I am excited to do some hand quilting again and then start another stitch project of a witch's boot.

I have all the different color DMC floss bought and ready for it!  I use to have two containers of DMC thread years ago and then I decided I was done with working that type of medium and gave my containers to my mother in law since she did a lot of counted cross stitch.  After she passed I thought I would take them back since I have been interested again but I think someone beat me to my threads.  Oh well I have been buying them again.

Mr. Man asked me the other day to give him the colors I need. (probably for stocking stuffer idea) I about laughed off my chair!  I said honey you need me to give you the numbers I have since that list would be much shorter.  He didn't know better...I'm smiling as I type this.

Well now after enjoying my raining morning have much to do around the house to get ready for Thanksgiving and more importantly Candi's arrival tomorrow night.  I am praying for no delays or cancellations from the airport.

Until another time!

Hugs,
Tania
