The Library

The other day I went to pick up a book I reserved on line and on my way in I thought to myself I wonder how many of my family and friends still use the library to check out books to read?  When was the last time they were in a library?

With all the e readers, tablets and pads today maybe people aren't visiting their libraries.  I have an Ipad, Mr. Man has a table and I have ordered books on my Ipad, mostly for when I travel it's more convenient since I am bringing it anyway.  But also I have ordered a book on line because the library is closed and need something new to read.  Also did you know, well at least my library you can borrow books for your e reader, tablet or pad?

But I tell you there is nothing like going to the library and the smell of the pages and feeling a book in your hands, at least for me.

Visit your local library so they don't be come extinct like drive in theaters and gas station attendants!  Remember when someone would pump your gas and wash your windshield?  I wish!  I hate pumping my own gas.
