"Our Easter"

 Our Easter was celebrated one week before this was a first for us.  We have always spent holidays at home with at least a few of our family members.  But when Mr. Man and I were planning our anniversary trip to Las Vegas the best time for us to go through our time share was Easter weekend.

I did ask Erica if that would be OK to change it up this year and she said this would work for her as well as she drives around on the holidays to also Tommy's side.  

 We had Mickey over that week end and baked and colored eggs. The Easter Bunny came to our house too as a special request to come a week early.  She was so much fun this year.  She was so into it!

 That afternoon Tommy and Erica came over for our dinner.  Also this year we used decorative paper plates that's a first as well.  But really nice just to throw them away!

After dinner we did arts and crafts.  We are planning on a faerie garden in our backyard and we decorated and painted little bird houses bought at Michael's that will be the faerie's house.

We had a very nice Easter but I don't think I will ever be gone again over a holiday, at least by choice it just isn't the same.  The only other holiday I didn't spend with Mr. Man in the past 32 years was when my mom died and I was in Minnesota planning her funeral and he and the girls were in GA.
